Where to find a XXL Trench Coat cheap?

Question: So for Halloween this year my Hubby & I are dressing up as Watchmen characters. But I can't find him a brown trench coat in XXL. He is a big guy, 2 foot with no holds barred span. It also needs to be some what cheap. I looked on ebay, and 2nd disposal stores with no luck.
