Organization 13, or just long hooded coat, sewing pattern?

Question: I penury to make about three, maybe four or five, organization 13 coats for Sphere of influence Hearts cosplaying.
Buying them are so expensive, so I've given up, and now I'm fatiguing to find a pattern.
Does anybody have any and if so can you give me the link?

Answer: I've seen a two Cleanness patterns that might work. (though other companies like Butterick, McCalls, and Fashion might have possibilities too). Links are included below. The first is pattern loads 9887. It is very loose fitting though, with bell sleeves. Another one is Matrix
