What's better for a long winter coat, wool/cashmere or camel hair?

Question: I'm flick picture show to a place that acutally gets snow, I'm not sure which is superior for a long, winter dress-coat.

Answer: Himself, I would get the wool/cashmere blend, because the wool will keep you warm and the cashmere will make it softer and not so raspy.
